What's your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure, 50% refund if cancelled 7-29 days before, and no refund within 7 days (unless covered by travel insurance).

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Groups of 6+ receive 10% discount, and groups of 12+ receive 15% discount. Contact our sales team for custom group packages.

Is travel insurance included?

Basic travel insurance is included with every adventure package. We recommend additional coverage for maximum protection. Our team can assist with supplemental insurance.

What if I have special dietary requirements?
